El molde RRC522C es un molde de grafito Cadweld para conexiones exotérmicas permanentes tipo RR (Cable a Varilla Corrugada). Une conductor de cobre calibre 1/0 a varilla de refuerzo corrugada #4, creando una soldadura molecular integrada a la estructura de concreto para sistemas de tierra en cimentaciones.
Requiere material de soldadura Cadweld de 90g. Requiere prensa L160 (vendida por separado). El empaque (packing) es obligatorio para este tipo de conexión; se requiere uno por cada soldadura. Compatible con ignición tradicional (flint) y Cadweld Plus (electrónica). El molde dura en promedio 50 o más conexiones bajo uso normal.
Especialmente diseñado para electrodos de tierra tipo Ufer (tierra en cimentación), muy utilizado en subestaciones, plantas de generación, edificios industriales y torres de comunicación. La unión queda embebida en el concreto, es permanente, no requiere mantenimiento y garantiza continuidad eléctrica durante toda la vida útil de la estructura.

El molde RRC522C es un molde de grafito Cadweld para conexiones exotérmicas permanentes tipo RR (Cable a Varilla Corrugada).
